I support your development and revision of training concepts for classroom training, blended learning and e-learning. As innovative approaches I contribute training modeling, training for performance and proven models for training controlling.

implementation

Within the scope of technical implementation I assist in the definition of requirements for choosing content providers or learning management systems. You may benefit from my profound knowledge of standards such as SCORM, IMS Learning Design or compliance with regulations such as the American Section 508 (Accessibility). On request I develop bespoke training content e.g. in the format of rapid e-learnings.
